The Saloon - Salon Website & Booking

A polished studio website with live online booking, and the back office behind it: appointment diary, staff rosters, reminders, quotes, invoices, card payments and a client portal. One system, owned by your salon.

The diary fills itself

Clients book from your website around the clock, and the confirmation and reminder go out without anyone picking up the phone.

Booked while you sleep

Clients pick a service, a stylist or “anyone available”, and a free slot from your live diary — at 11pm on a Sunday if that is when they think of it. No account, no phone tag.

Every booking is confirmed by email and optional SMS, with a reminder the day before and a private link to reschedule or cancel inside your notice period.

Your salon, not a marketplace

No commission per booking and no directory listing your competitors next to you. Your clients, appointments and invoices live in your own database.

Why The Saloon exists

Built for Owner-Run Salons

Online Booking SMS Reminders Invoicing No Commission

A small salon usually runs on a booking app that charges per appointment, a website that has not been touched since it launched, a paper diary for walk-ins and a spreadsheet for everything the till does not cover. The client who booked online, the bridal party you quoted and the invoice you are still waiting on are three different records in three different places.

The Saloon puts them in one. The website, the booking flow, the diary your front desk works from, the price list, the quote, the invoice and the client's own portal all read the same records, so a change to a service or a roster shows up everywhere at once.

It is set up for your salon — your services, team, hours, booking rules and brand — and runs as your own deployment. There is no shared platform taking a cut of each booking, and no marketplace putting the salon down the road next to your name.

What is inside

Front of House to Back Office

Not add-ons or tiers. Every salon gets all of it from day one.

Online Booking

Live availability, four simple steps.

  • check Minimum notice, how far ahead clients can book, and slot length are yours to set
